Our Leadership Team
At Rock Recovery Center we believe that by supporting our team in their efforts and contributing to their growth in their personal and professional development they, in turn, provide the clients with the best possible service. Several members of our team have also been on the other side of treatment. As addicts themselves they were able to take a stance and change their lives to now live successful lives in sobriety. This also includes members of our leadership team. We understand all aspects of addiction and use this knowledge to tailor our treatment programs to truly make a difference in the lives of our clients. Brittni Harris, LMHC, MCAP, ICADC
Brittni holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri; as well as, a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the same alma mater. Her academic experiences, coupled with over a decade in the field of rehabilitation, criminal justice, and substance abuse, have equipped Brittni to provide strength, hope, and healing to those desiring life change.
When Brittni finished graduate school, her first job was working with male and female parolees transitioning from prison. It was during this time that her passion for second chances was ignited; she saw first-hand the power of belief and encouragement to transform lives. We all need hope and we all need second chances. This is a life motto held deeply by Brittni.
Outside of Rock, Brittni fulfills the role of Lead Pastor at her home church, enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting, and doing anything involved with the outdoors: going to the beach, shelling, or walking/running. Brittni is equally passionate about financial freedom through the program of Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsey. She can be found implementing these tools in her daily life; as well as, encouraging her clients to pursue financial peace through positive financial management strategies.
“Live like no one else today so you can live and give like no one else later”

Favorite Quote/Life Motto:
“To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal. Wrap it carefully around with hobbies and little luxuries; avoid all entanglements. Lock it up safe in the casket or coffin of your selfishness. But in that casket, safe, dark, motionless, airless, it will change. It will not be broken; it will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable. To love is to be vulnerable.” –CS Lewis
