Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

AEDP is a form of therapy that combines many clinical approaches. It has at its core the belief that by addressing aloneness, trauma, loss, and painful relational connections, the therapist and the client can shift from an experience of pain to healing, utilizing the experience as a lesson and a source of strength. It fosters the concept that a person’s true self can be recaptured and healed. A new “platform” for the experience of self can be established and trusted.
