Addiction Treatment Center
A person entering treatment for addiction, goes to an addiction treatment center. This facility will provide all the medical, psychological, and behavioral programs to build an addict’s ability to break the cycle of addiction. There are different types of addiction treatment centers: some are full service including medical facilities that enable an addict to move from detoxification directly into treatment. Other facilities offer housing and treatment, while still others provide treatment during the day while the client continues to work and live at home. The type of addiction treatment center is dependent upon the level of addiction, the family’s circumstances, and the insurance coverage available.
